What are the correct image size requirements?

The recommended size for LARGE images is 750 x 750 MAX pixel dimensions at 72 dpi.

Small images should be 200 x 200 pixels at 72 dpi.

When putting image names in to a spreadsheet, all that’s required is a unique image name, such as 123.jpg, even if that is not the model number.

The images can then be uploaded via FTP into the appropriate image directory

Lastly, after the images have been successfully uploaded, then you may upload the Import File.

Please note: The image file listed in the spreadsheet must contain only the image name; i.e. 123.jpg.

Placing urls of images into the spreadsheet to hot link the images will not import the images into your website.

Images must be sized correctly and uploaded via FTP as detailed above.
